Groupon Policy

Terms & Conditions of the Groupon

- We are a dessert caterer, so all orders are processed online and pick ups are done by appointment only at our north Austin storefront. See “contact info” For new location.

- No Licensed brands/ characters. This is ILLEGAL unless you have permission copyright owners. We do not, so we will not break the law for you. Even if this means a negative review on Yelp, etc.

- Groupons must be redeemed via the online order form only. Groupon does not include private appointment/ consultation. Phone calls will be directed to the online form. We’ll call you to confirm and discuss details after the form has been filled out.

- All groupon pick ups must be scheduled at scheduled appointment.

- Upgrades and rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please view our upgrade options on the redemption form for more information.

- Only one Groupon may be applied per event.

- Valid until Feb 12 2012. Groupons expire after this point. No exceptions.

- Two weeks advance order is required. We suggest giving yourself plenty of time to ensure your date because availability is limited. Everything is custom-made, so we need plenty of time to work on everyone’s order, Groupon, or not.

- We are not an allergy-sensitive baker.Our products contain wheat, dairy, eggs, some recipes contain nuts.

- All sales final.

- These terms are in addition to our general business terms.

- We bake from a private kitchen. This facility is not open to the public, all appointments/ pick ups must be scheduled.
